Hand-picked fresh green tea leaves
  • Preheat a bowl with hot water and then empty it. Dry the bowl with a clean cloth.
  • Add 1.5 teaspoons or 2 grams of matcha green tea powder to the bowl.
  • Pour 50–60 ml of hot water (Temp: about 80°C or 175°F) into the bowl.
  • Use your wrist to whisk the Matcha Powder rapidly in a ‘W’ motion.
  • Slowly lift the whisk after a thick froth with many tiny bubbles has formed.
  • Add more water according to your taste and enjoy the lusciously smooth Matcha flavor.
